I actually ended up in Pahang after breakfast yesterday! How?
Dad : After breakfast, and it's still early. Wanna go Taiping? Mom : Okay! Let's go. Din go for so long edi la. Me : Huh? Go Taiping for what? Mom : Go there buy stuffs cheap ma. Me : Aiyo, you go there buy stuffs cheap? Including petrol and toll money also don't know how much already la. I rather save the money and go to Camerons! Parents : Okay! Aaron, you drive!
Yeap, swt! I ended up driving to Cameron Highlands after breakfast. Without getting the chance to grab my stuffs or get changed. It was my idea after all so I had to drive right? No complaints! And the last time I went to Cameron was like 15 years back! As if I know how to drive there. Dad was like "Aiya, very easy only. I'll show you the way". Fine, I drove and it took us like 2 hours to get to Tanah Rata. Why? because the traffic was so so teruk! and I was like half-dead
It took me like 1 hour++ to reach Brinchang, which is a town in Cameron and we haven't even reach Tanah Rata yet. OMG! But luckily the weather was not hot la. Duh! It's Cameron Highlands! And I love the weather so much! And it started drizziling after that. I was like "Drive so susah up here and it's raining?!". Then I realised no line, which means no text messaging! So so sorry that I couldn't reply those messages and I actually made someone worried. Sorry =(
Continued driving up to Tanah Rata for lunch. And started to buy stuffs for relatives. And I managed to get a few for my friends too! Headed to Cameron Valley for tea after that. Love the tea there and also OREO CHEESE CAKE! *Satisfaction*! XP And I managed to snap some pics there too.
And yea, somehow I realised those people in Cameron are so so friendly! And did I mention they're helpful too? So anyway, grabbed some stuffs and drove down cause it was late. Dad was driving that time cause I was half dead! It was sunset that time, and the view from up there was just awesome! Managed to ask dad to stop a side, got down the car and started to snap Snap SNAP! XD
Photos added to "More than just sunsets"
More random photos :
And I was quite happy yesterday thou cause I guess God actually answered my prayer. Got to actually solve something I wanted to solve long ago. Praise God for that! And am looking forward for the cell that Ms. Chuah suggested. Will pray for it! I realised that it has been a while since I went to church till that time when I went to Youth Camp in Penang. Really hope that God will answer my prayer again this time. God is good! <3

Christmas Eve's Talk Show
Thursday, December 25, 2008 10:33
Had our talk show yesterday after so many days of hard work. And I guess "The Crappy Show" turned out quite fine or should I say it was GOOD! Cause I felt we did better than what I expected.
And for those who's still lost, "The Crappy Show" is a talk show hosted by me, Aaronsubramaniam @ Mutusamy (Don't ask me how I managed to come up with that name). And the three guests are Yan Ming aka Ms. Tong Sum Pa who is a local beggar, Daniel aka Mr. Curly Singh who is a nerdy Punjabi and Li Wen aka Ms. Ong Ah Hua who is a village girl. So generally, it's a talk show we had to do for Public Speaking and we really enjoyed every part of it!
And if you read the intro shown above and you still don't get what our talk show is all about, we actually discussed on "How to spend a million dollars in a stupid way" and the three guests actually shared on how they spent their one million dollars stupidly! So they were actually millionaires!
And as I was saying yesterday, I actually enjoyed the most preparing for our commercial throughout the talk show. I remember we were brainstorming about what we should do for our commercial. We were like thinking of advertising some products and stuffs but we actually managed to produce a SUPERHERO COMMERCIAL! And it was a very fun yet tiring process of producing that particular commercial. Once again, to those who's lost, we actually did this commercial and it is a superhero commercial :
Haha, I know it is kinda lame but it was MEANT TO BE LAME! So yea, Dramastic Four! So we have :
And here is the commercial video that I promised to upload. Enjoy!

And for those that contributed but they were not listed, am so sorry cause these are those that I can recall for now. Thanks to everyone once again!
I said something after our talk show yesterday but I think I'm gonna say it again right here. So yea, as I said earlier I really enjoyed the talk show, every single part of it! And of course, the commercial! Great job, guys! Thanks Ms Chuah for giving us this opportunity to actually work together as a team and we really were happy with the comments you gave us yesterday. Thanks so so much!
So anyway, am very happy that I get to work with Daniel, Yan Ming and Li Wen which we never had the chance to do so before this. We were always stuck with our own group before this and for this talk show, I'm sure we had lots of fun and we definitely get to know each other better! Am sorry that I came up with lots and lots of ideas but I'm seriously very happy that you guys actually buy my ideas. Haha, the superhero thingy and stuffs. But I guess it was also because of me that we actually spent quite much for the talk show and for you guys not having enough sleep for the past few days! Sorry once again. So we have :
Daniel who I always work with. You really contributed a lot, your videos are just awesome! I was actually kinda stressed up when I saw the presentational aids and commercials that Ms. Chuah showed us the other day and we were like totally not prepared. So, I guess I actually pushed you a little. Am sorry yea? But I seriously respect you able to produce such 'cekap' videos. The commercial especially! You always told me that you are more talented in editing videos which makes us a great combination. Edited photos + Edited videos = COOL product! Haha.
Next we have Yan Ming. LOL, it was kinda hard to find a character that you can actually portray and you actually became a local beggar. Tong Sum Pa rawks! Haha! You always said you did not contribute much but I feel you contributed more than enough. Thank you so much for helping out with everything, from the scripts, the transitions, the acting and of course in deco. Am very happy to work with you and Li Wen. And bout the commercial, you really do look cute la! Am loving the commercial as much as you do! Thanks for everything and thanks for saying "CHILL, Aaron Chew!" so many times!
And Li Wen, like to kacau you la. Cause you are the village girl and the Roti Canai idea I suggested, really am happy that you buy my idea! In fact, you were always the first one to say "YES!" whenever I suggest something. Thanks so much, cause if it wasn't because of you. I wouldn't be contributing that much, haha! You are indeed a great actor, cekap la! And sorry for making you act outside my house, under the hot Sun and stuffs! But I like your video man, will buy you roti canai next time k? Haha!
Lastly, we would like to thank everyone that made our talk show possible. Without you guys, I am sure we will not be able to produce such a talk show. So once again, sorry for all the trouble and thanks for everything!
Will be uploading more pics and videos from the talk show in the next post. Till then, Merry Christmas and God Bless!

CGBC's Youth Camp
Tuesday, December 16, 2008 19:46
Back for yet another update. Before that, remember I mentioned that I plan to have a new skin for Christmas? Guess that's not gonna happen. Why? Because I'll be kinda busy these few weeks till Christmas! I will be having my talk show on Christmas eve. And more! - assignments, tests and stuffs. Sigh.
Went for CGBC's Youth Camp last week which was held in Stella Maris, Penang. Yeah! STELLA MARIS! Brings back memories yea? We had our LTC Camp at the very same place 2 years back. How time flies! So anyway, went there together with a few Utarians, the camp was from Friday to Sunday but we only managed to go on Saturday cause we had replacement classes on Saturday.
Bout the camp, I would not actually use the word 'fun' to describe it because I was sick, very sick! So I was in my room most of the time but I really did enjoyed the worship sessions. At least I realised I got to know Him better through this camp. Joseph is indeed a great speaker, he made me think a lot but it was all worth it. So anyway, some random photos from Stella Maris!
Once again, I enjoyed worship sessions the most during the camp. Not beach games, not dancing but worship session! I actually cried 2 to 3 times during worship and prayer. Yeah, Aaron cried! =( Somehow I do feel I have lots of stuffs to worry about these days although I kept telling 'her' I don't. Went through the camp and I'm feeling differently already. Everything happens for a reason and I'll just let Him lead the way. I did almost everything that I think I should but things do not turn out the way I wanted it to be. So we'll just have to see how things be in the future I suppose.
So we reached Stella Maris in the evening and they were having Beach Games. Met many of my friends there thou. Daryl who came back from Melbourne, Yen Wei, Yen Mei, Adrian, Samuel and Joshua were among those I met. And bout Samuel, that guy really have talent! Seriously, I guess you kinda made the right choice to put God before scouting back then. Keep it up, bro!
8 days and I'm loving you more day by day. You said you were shining like the brightest star when I said I love you. Continue shining because when I said I won't let you go, I meant it! <3
Just a song recommendation for this post. Been listening to Nickelback's and Michelle Branch's songs lately and I even downloaded the albums. And there's this song from the album - Hotel Paper by Michelle I suppose, and it's called Breathe. A very cekap song and Michelle is a talented, very talented indeed. Love the music video too (you can view it from my blog thou). So here you are, the lyrics :
Michelle Branch - Breathe
I've been driving for an hour Just talking to the rain You say I've been driving you crazy and its keeping you away So just give me one good reason Tell me why I should stay 'Cause I dont wanna waste another moment in saying things we never meant to say
And I Take it just a little bit I, hold my breath and count to ten I, I've been waiting for a chance to let you in
If I just breathe Let it fill the space in between I'll know everything is alright Breathe Every little piece of me You'll see Everything is alright If I just breathe
Well it's all so overrated In not saying how you feel So you end up watching chances fade And wondering what's real
And I Give you just a little time I, Wonder if you realize I've been waiting till I see it in your eyes
If I just breathe Let it fill the space between I'll know everything is alright Breathe, Every little piece of me You'll see Everything is alright If I just breathe Breathe
So I whisper in the dark, Hoping you hear me Do you hear me?
If I just breathe Let it fill the space between I'll know everything is alright Breathe, Every little piece of me You'll see Everything is alright Everything is alright if i just breathe... breathe
I've been driving for an hour Just talking to the rain
Today is special! And I'll blog more about this day in the days to come. Till then, tcare!

Aaron at PIKOM PC Fair 2008
Saturday, December 6, 2008 23:23
Yeap! It's the PIKOM PC Fair once again and this time it's held at Dewan SJK @ Yuk Choy, Ipoh. And this time, I went there with my kai ma a.k.a Jess, Daniel, Toufu, Jia Huei and Bong. Did not really plan what I wanna buy from this PC Fair. So anyway, went there to 'hunt' for stuffs! And yea, for more information about this year's PC Fair, feel free to check this website out : PIKOM CMS Portal. However, I'll post up the venues here in this post:
5 - 7 December 2008 (11:00am - 9:00pm)
Penang International Sports Arena, Penang Sabah Trade Centre, Kota Kinabalu, Sabah Central Square, Sungai Petani, Kedah Dewan SJK(C) Yuk Choy, Ipoh, Perak Berjaya Megamall, Kuantan, Pahang
12 - 14 December 2008 (11:00am - 9:00pm)
KL Convention Centre, Kuala Lumpur Mahkota Parade Melaka, Melaka Dewan Suarah, Bintulu, Sarawak Batu Pahat (BP) Mall, Batu Pahat, Johor
19 - 21 December 2008 (11:00am - 9:00pm)
Persada Johor International Convention Centre, Johor Bahru Dewan 2020, Kangar, Perlis Dewan Tunku Ibrahim Ismail, Kluang, Johor
So it's held in Yuk Choy this year and the traffic was just terrible. As usual! I actually went there with Daniel this morning and met up with the rest there. Met William and Tuan Shahruzzaman there too. As usual, started to snap photos here, there and everywhere!
My friends bought quite a number of stuffs. I got myself a new cooler pad for RM11 since the one I'm using now is broken. And I remember buying that particular cooler pad for RM15! Not only that, remember I bought a 160GB external hard disk for RM198 from the previous fair? This time, it's only RM175!!! From the same dealer! Sucks man!
So anyway, we were walking and we saw REDCOM's booth and lots and lots of speakers! It was so cool, we actually spent most of our time there choosing and experimenting. So what did we saw?
We were totally attracted! The bass and all were just awesome! The EGO 8T is still the best! Totally loud and totally clear! Be there and you would want one yourself, DESPERATELY! Haha, so we were like talking to that guy from REDCOM for quite a while and we all ended up at Public Bank since Bong and Toufu wanted to withdraw some cash. LOL! So both of them ended up buying 2 sets of speakers! Bong with a Duo 2 and Toufu with another type. Me? Of course 'tarik' parents' and go la! Or I'll be having bread for breakfast, lunch and dinner in Kampar! Haha, went home after that, and on our way out, we saw this 'cekap' car! It was 'splashed' with mud, at least not the whole car, jus the front portion of it. So here you are, more pics!
And yea, Megamate's selling this new product - a pair of sunglasses+MP3+bluetooth? We were like "huh?". And that girl promoting that gadget was like "Aiya, this specs hor? Can add power geh, so even if you buy one hor, take it to the optical shop to tambah power". I was like totally "SWT!". Haha, returned to Yuk Choy before dinner, this time with my parents to get the speakers! Thanks mom and dad! =P I got myself the same set as Bong's. So which one again?
Yeap, the Tatoo Duo 2! Got the whole set for RM149 + some free gifts. Toufu was already planning for barbeque or something so that we three could start 'blasting' till Azhar comes. For those who does not know who's this Azhar, he's a security guard that came and screwed us during Bong's birthday for making too much noise. Come again and this time 3 of us will blast till he 'pengsan' on the spot man! And it seems that Daniel will get himself one set when his mom gets back too, that time we have 4 sets and including Clement's, we have 5 sets! Haha. So anyway, for those who wanna know about the specs for the Tatoo Duo 2:
Total Power: 40 Watts RMS Subwoofer Power: 25 Watts RMS Satellite Power: 2 x 7.5 Watts RMS Subwoofer: 2 x 4” Front Firing Mid-Bass Driver Satellite: -2 x 3” Front Firing Full Range Drivers - 2 x 1” Tweeter for High-Frequency Audio Freqency Response: 40Hz - 20 KHz S/N Ratio: > 80 dB Distortion: < 1 % THD (Std 300 mA peak-to-peak source) Impedance: 4 ohm (Ω)
Came back and was trying out the speakers till now. It's seriously loud man! Not only the Duo 2, Toufu called me earlier and he was 'blasting' over the phone. Lebih-lebih! Haha, the base was just awesome!
And yea, currently listening to Michelle Branch's Breathe. Another song recommendation from Aaron, a very nice song and Michelle Branch is a very talented singer indeed. Till the next update, tcare and God Bless!
"You say I've been driving you crazy and its keeping you away So just give me one good reason Tell me why I should stay.."
